Nintendo Switch Exhaust Fan

I got the idea for this from the Nintendo Switch Cooler by CoPOrt, (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2468923).

This is a very basic cooler that is designed to help pull hot air out of the top vent while playing in docked mode. I went with a bit different size and power requirement for the fan.
