MGN12H X-Carriage Mount with Rear Sensor - added Belt Tension lock

This remix splits the collar from the carriage and adds the belt tension brakes from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1508600

The clamp also includes some holes in the top for mounting to a fan shroud (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3332511)... but its not quite there yet ... :)

Update: Carriage.stl has been updated to no longer require support during printing.
