Two racks firmly hold a large spool (up 200mm diameter and 80mm width) and ensure it's smooth rotation via central shaft mounted on zz809 ball bearing (22mm outer diameter, 8mm inner hole diameter, 7m width). The central shaft is assembled of a 6mm rod (pencil), 2 ball bearings, 2 bearing holders/covers, 1 central shaft spacer, a little bit of tape on the rod (pencil) and few drops of super glue to fix all the parts.
