Interface for EasyMeter Q3M Info-DSS readout

This is an interface to attach e.g. to a Raspberry Pi UART to read out the power meter EasyMeter Q3M. The ZIP contains the KiCad files to create a PCB, and I created a housing for 3D printing, for wich I provide the 3mf and stl version here.
