"Butterfly" style bread lame

Not crazy about the other bread lames I found on here, mostly because of the covers (or lack thereof). And I've always been into butterfly knives, so let's put the two together.

It's best to glue the two "clamp" parts together after printing - there is a very small slot that's created between the two to slide one of the side "tabs" of a razor blade in to grip it.

I just used two M3x
