Anet A8 spool holder 8mm

I adjusted the file to accommodate the bearings I'm using from a pair of roller blades. The inner race is wider than the outer race so I added a built in shoulder to prevent interference. I also increased the hole size to provide more clearance for the 8mm threaded rod.
