Fallout Laser Rifle Fix

After Printing Mr_Jummy's laser rifle, I noticed a few shortcomings I thought could be made better. Subjectively better anyway, as I have never done any 3D modeling, like ever, so my results are most likely up to interpretation. Most of these fixes were designed around the idea of not having to print out the whole thing again to accommodate them, so while I'm sure there were better ways to go about it, that's was the situation I was in.
