Am8 bowden extruder holder with filament sensor

This is a remix of the Bowden extruder and filament sensor holder by jalanjarosz all credits goes to him.

I recently upgraded my anet a8 to the am8 but by doing that the Bowden mount I used with my original a8 didn't sit very well on the aluminium extrusions so I decided to remix it. The special thing about this mount is that it holds a filament runout sensor. This sensor could either be connected directly to the printer or to raspberry running octoprint.
