Y Axis Bracket for Wanhao / Monoprice

I just uploaded v2 of the bracket that i had remixed.
v2 has 4 changes made to it
1) removed the gussets in the middle so it is easier to work on
2) I moved the pulley location over so it si more inline with the Y Motor Pulley...I have noticed a bit of belt dust from the rubbing caused by the offset
3) moved the brackets a bit closer together to allow for the use of a 4x 30mm length screw
4) added the spacers to the bracket so you dont have to fumble with extra pieces during the install
