Parametric Toothpaste Squeezer

This is the Simple Toothpaste Squeezer, made parametric! :)

You can configure a bunch of stuff including:
- Size / Thickness of the squeezer
- Size of the opening, to adapt it to your toothpaste if it's different than a regular one
- A text on top of it :)
