Anycubic i3 Mega side extruder mount

This is a modified side extruder for my Anycubic i3 Mega which was inspired by the design of [astroaaron](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854827).

With this thing, it is possible to mount the filament stepper a little lower which was necessary for my setup.
