Brain Surface for Key Chain

This is key chain pendant created from the 3D brain surface of a 3-month old infant, slightly modified to alleviate potential identification issues. The brain surface is an accurate reflection of an actual human brain surface at 3 months of age. The brain has been scaled down by a factor of 4 and a handle for the key chain has been added. Tools used to generate the brain surface from the MRI dataset include CIVET 2.1, AutoSeg 3.3.2, MultiSegPipeline 1.0, Slicer 4.7, SlicerNIRAL 1.0, itksnap 3.6.
