Tacx Neo shim: solving the grinding!

Having problems with your grining Tacx Neo (1 and 2) and even installing a third o-ring did not solve the issue?

Print this, take a single o-ring of your already installed o-rings and put it on the axle facing the o-ring inwards.
One version is with tiny discs on the bottom to increase adhesion on the bed

printed my shim as following:
o just one piece
o PetG (PLA will not work as it gets warm inside!)
o 85% infill
o 0,2mm layer
