Tesla 3 Card KeyChain

I received as a Christmas gift a Tesla 3 Key Card sheath with a key chain on it so that if I have to valet my car, I can give them the sheath with the card in it as opposed to just the card itself. I promptly lost this, however, I figured that I could build one and print it out.
