HTC Vive modular controller mod

This design extends the HTC Vive controller with a modular connector for extensions, such as a removable shoulder piece and a laser pointer.

The original idea was to have a collection of extensions, one for each kind of virtual object I interact with, but I found the arrangement shown in the first image serves me suitably well in most cases.

Why add a laser pointer to a VR controller? I use it as a spatially-aware remote control, too.

At some point I might add more components such as ad
