This is an Expanding Automotive Cup Device Holder designed to adjust tight and not spin. There are two sizes of Upper Nuts / Plates for small car cup holders and larger (trucks mostly ). Some cup holders have yet a larger circumference at the top you may have to design an additional ring to accommodate your vehicle.
