Ender-3 12864 Mount (40mm offset standalone adapter)

Love the original LCD design, but when I printed it I realized my petsfang2 is hitting the LCD while auto bed leveling. Since I already printed the LCD mount I didn't want to waste any plastic so i decided to make a simple adapter that will offset the mount 40mm to the right.
