5015 fan emulator

I have been fighting bad 5015 fans for a couple days... I wanted to get rid of the big clunky dual 50x50x10 (2 12v fans run in series) parts cooler (I think it's called a batfang) on my ender 3.... so I printed one of the nifty hero me fan units that all of the cool kids have and I've tried 4!!! different 5015 fans on the dang thing and they all died in less than a day... these 12v fans running in series (the ender3 is 24v) have been working like beasts for months... I checked the voltage... I a
