Wanhao/Maker Select/Powerspec/etc Filament Holder with Guide

I never liked the stock filament holder on the Duplicator i3 Plus or modifications to it I've seen due to the fact that the weight is only supported on one side. I've never trusted the "holders" where the spool just sits on top of bearings because I'm a pessimist, and I assume at some point I'll have a kilogram of filament crash down onto the build plate.
