Palette2 Outgoing tube to Makerbot Smart Extruder+ adaptor

Used to attach the Palette2 outgoing tube to the Makerbot Smart Extruder+. The outgoing tube snaps into the small end of this part and then can be easily slipped onto the input of the Makerbot Smart Extruder+.
