Micro SD to SD card adapter and cover

This holds an SD card adapter and covers the front of the control box so that the micro SD card piece with the ribbon cable can all be contained so that it is less likely to be damaged. No extra hardware is needed. It is held into place with just the 2 screws that are stock with the machine.
