Kobold Chef

I took this fantastic Kobold model and added a pan, ladle, and so many knife handles for use in a homebrew game I play in using the outstanding Chef class from [Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/DnD/comments/785gb1/5e_homebrew_the_chef_a_peculiar_support_class_v11/).

Fixed upload - realized I was exporting as ASCII STL which is apparently huge. This Binary STL should work much better. Finally got a good version uploaded, sorry!
