Runcam micro swift 19mm to 28mm adapter

This is a remake of one of the designs already available here. However, that design wasn't exactly 28mm, so I had to modify it for everyone's use.

This also should work for Foxeer Micro cameras. Check the Post-printing picture for illustration on how it looks after installation in the quad.
