Tevo Flash Lerdge and AstroBox touchscreen front panel (Remix)

This is a simple remix of Greg311's awesome dual screen front panel for the Tevo Flash. It adds just 2 small changes.

1. A cutout for the Lerdge screen controller knob assembly (please note the cutout in the image above was done using a Dremel which spurred me to edit the design and add the cutout to the design. The printed version will be much neater)

2. A hex recess in the spacer to accept the nut.
