Replacement wheel lock bracket for Baby Jogger City Elite

Our Baby Jogger City Elite was found in a barn, but was pretty battered. One of the things was that it was not able to brake on any of the two rear wheels. The internal fins on the brake brackets were all worn down. Somebody before us had apparently tried to fix it with screws into the brackets.

Time for changes, so I made this spare part. And it fits perfectly. Just use the ball bearings from the existing brackets (R8 RS). They do fit into this design also.
