This is an X-carriage that I basically copied the original as best I could in Fusion 360 in order to change the mounting holes for the extruder to accept the Prusa MK2s housings, E3D hotend, and mount a part cooling fan, while still using the original heat break cooling fan with an adapter.
The extruder parts are available from Prusa's website under downloadable parts.
