MFD Nimbus 1800 - Pan Tilt

Added support for 1/3 SONY CCD SUPER HAD cameras.

This is a pan tilt system for the MFD Nimbus 1800.

The FPV camera used is a Eachine 1000 VTL: https://goo.gl/EA5MmD

You need different cam addapter por other cams.

The left arm has a hole to place in it a bearing (9.50 x 4.0 x 3.0 mm).

The tilt servo mount is attached to the bearing with a M3 x 8 mm screw.
