CR10 heated bed wire restrain bracket, bottom mount

this bracket was included with my CR10.
It was useless because there was too much thickness added to the compressed spring and it didn't allow me to level the bed.
at first I "customised" it roughly and then decided to remix it so anyone can choose between top mount or bottom mount (images will follow as soon as it is printed)

update : modified to accept a cable tie instead of the original clipping (or not) cover
