Removable strap mount for Arc Reactor

There was only one strap mount I could find for Aelkaim's Arc Reactor (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2799642) and it required a completely different bottom be made. Since I was using a USB battery and had a different wiring setup, I wanted one I could easily remove.

You can use velcro or do what I did and use 2- 3m Command Strips to hold this on and it comes off with minimal effort but stays on strong enough to be worn without worry.
