New Fan Duct for "Anycubic I3 Mega Hotend Cover V3"

A remix of [this thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3273723) that only changes the fan duct.
With the change, the air is now blown more from the sides to/below the nozzle.

However, I have not yet printed the modified fan duct and I don't know if it works/fits. It should rather be considered as a *proof-of-concept* for [comment #2279519](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3273723/comments/#comment-2279519).
