Extended Case for TeensyEyes project

This is a remix of the cases for the Teensy Eyes project from Adafruit. The case is based on pburgess' Teensy Eyes case but modified for two connected eyes and to take 40mm half sphere glass lenses. This is for the 1.44 inch Adafruit TFT screens (https://www.adafruit.com/product/2088).
