Armattan Chameleon OG Grind Plate Front Bumper

This is a remix from rnelias' Chameleon camera bumper. It adds a v-slot to aid in locking in on rail grinds. This is v1 as I suspect there will need to be some R&D on this. Please comment with suggestions if you have them.
