bed stabilizer and glass mount for anet a8 or similar

Noticed my bed actually swaying a few mm towards the end of a heavy and tall print. Also had a 3mm thick glass bed installed which added to the weight. I found out early on if I kept the spring tension on the bed screws to a minimum my bed was less likely to warp while heated. So this practice also contributed to the swaying. If your setup is anything like mine this should improve quality on tall prints. The way I have designed these they also act as a glass holder and spring stand offs. These a
