GT2560 holder / mount and cooling fan holder

Looked at various GT2560 mounts but none were what I wanted or didn't fit my requirements, so designed this one based on ideas from various out there.

I use this to mount my GT2560 board behind a back panel of a lack enclosure for my 3D printer.

I wanted to make sure the mounting screws for the holder were not near the GT2560 board.
Wanted the ability to mount a larger cooling fan the the dinky 40mm fan that came with my 3D printer, so this has a 80mm space on the top.
