Catan Card Tray/Holder Snapable & Stackable, taller

I've made a 2mm taller version of [this excellent card holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1181967), because the original version was not tall enough to contain all the development cards when playing with the 5/6 players extension.

It snaps and stacks well with the original model.

In the pictures, it is the white one.
