iFitness Charger Clasp

Had a family member break the clasp on their iFitness watch. The original design from the manufacture had to small plastic "nubs" that held the clasp in place. The ears that housed the nubs broke off. I replicated the part in OnShape and then beefed up the middle section where the tabs where that had the nubs on them. Made a hole through the whole section and used the shank of a pop-rivet cut to .600" in length to give the part a metal support structure. I used the aluminum pop-rivets but one co
