Geeetech A10M or A20M extruder spacer, with rubber.

This is a small upgrade for the A10M or A20M.
It's just a spacer to install the extruder in the upper side of the structure, facing down the filament exit. In this way the weight in centered on the top of the structure, and not in the back, possibly causing vibration and structure looseness.
I added the number 0 and 1 just to remember witch extruder is.
You simply have to print one piece of the 0, one of the 1 and 2 pieces without number.
In the between of the two pieces put a piece of hard
