Magnetic Dust Shoe for MPCNC - Increased Clearance (works with DW660, 52mm spindle and 55mm spindle)

This is a remix of the excellent mount from nellson (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2797108), which in turn uses the DW660 mounts from Allted. All credit for the original designs goes to them.

This revision raises the attachment point for the dust shoe. This allows for the entire length of the endmill to be used without collision. The hose mount is also designed to fit a 3/4in PVC pipe. The pipe is further secured using the upper bracket.
