A10M/A20M Purge Wipe / "Bucket"

The [original](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3362680) worked well, but I needed to adapt it to my needs a bit more.

* I needed the silicone insert to be 19mm x 1.2mm x 12mm
* I made the holes for the bolts bigger so you can tweak the spacing from the bed (as opposed to having to print a new one)
* Even though you could remove the bottom on the original, the bucket would keep getting full so I removed two sides

UPDATE Feb 26, 2019: Added a 5mm lower one for longer nozzles
