Rosewill Dehydrator RHFD-15001 mixed with Horizontal Spool Holder with 608zz bearings and DIY Filament Dryer / Dehydrator, Tweaked v2.0

Added a centering pin and locking cone from another successful spool holder. This is only required when printing a spool with a small diameter.
