Modular Ender 3 Meanwell PSU Cover with USB Charger

Upgraded my Ender 3 to the Meanwell LRS-350 PSU at the same time that I replaced the faulty crimped stock XT60 connectors (with Anderson PowerPoles), and needed a new cover, since the original is now way too big.

Took the overall body of [syzkryb's design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3163139) and modified it with a modular side panel which houses a 24V automotive USB adapter. I'm currently using it to power some 5V adhesive USB LED strips, so the print corner lights up when the printer
