I added code to Dr. Boo's program so the user can output segments of half, thirds, quarters and sixths to allow printing on smaller printers. I think this remix is less elegant than salfter's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2840193), but it does work with the current stable version of OpenSCAD.
