Z-Axis Rod Support for Synchronizer (Anet E12)

This is a quick redesign of the factory Z axis lead screw support bearing mount. This allows for the ability to add a pulley setup at the top of the lead screws to help keep your dual Z motors synchronized while making use of the factory parts from the Anet E12. This should work for any 2020/2040 extrusion-based printer with the same spacing as the Anet E12.
