Octasphericon (octagonal sphericon)

It is an octasphericon, or an octagonal sphericon. It rolls oddly.
You are meant to print out two of the halves, and one middle connector. They join to make the octasphericon.

NOTE: This object does not roll well. The hexasphericon will roll OK. The octasphericon will only roll with a very slight gradient slope. More for aesthetic purposes
