Bondtech BMG Adapter for Mosquito Hotend

This is my version of adapter for the new Slice Engineering Mosquito Hotend to be attached to a Bondtech BMG extruder.

There were a few models out that fit this extruder, but one big reason I wanted to design my own was to prevent any rotation of the Mosquito hotend inside the Bondtech extruder due to how this assembly was originally designed to fit the round heatsink of the E3D V6 Hotend.
