This replacement lid fits snugly on an Aquaclear 70 hang on back filter 21.2cm x 15.2cm x 1.3cm.
The design is quite robust and could comfortably have 1-2 mm sliced off the bottom (as oriented) to save on filament without hurting strength much.
On safety and longevity:
Both PLA and PETG plastics are generally considered food safe but some of the dyes and additives might not be, so I use "natural" colour to be safe.
