Simplified Drive Mod for Sewing machine motor

I created this mod to replace the drive components so I could use a spare sewing machine motor I had. Included is a 3" Pulley to reduce for top end lace spinning conventions as my motor was 20,000 RPM at full speed.
Thrift shops and goodwills often have quite a few old sewing machines so this can be quite a cheap source for the prime movers. Reverse spinning for plying should be doable with a twist in the belt (round belt) if there is no facility for that on the
