ABL Mount for CR-10 Fang mod

This is a remix of the abl mount by spotone for the ender3/ cr-10 to fit the cr-10 hanging fan mod for microswiss and e3d hotends.

The mount is for an 18 mm proximity sensor.

I believe the offset is about 50mm in x direction and 20 mm in y.

I have not tested it yet as I do not have my sensor but will update when available.
