2004 LCD holder for Prusa

I modified my previuos remix (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2832802) to fit onto prusa frame as requested by a user here.

The gap on the mount is raised to 3.8mm

Print is not tested as i don't own a prusa, i'l leave it as a WIP until more feedbacks are returned.
