MPCNC modified drag knife mount

This is a drag knife mount for the Mostly Printed CNC.

It's remixed from Allted's. I found it difficult to turn the lock ring on the holder when using his, and I also found that when cutting cardstock I had some horizontal wobble, so I made some quick and dirty modifications.
